Users Association
In the exercise of promotion and strengthening of social participation from the EAPB, users are guaranteed the materialization of the right to the formation of the users' association, which is a group of affiliates of the contributory and subsidized regime of the General Social Security System in Health who have the right to use health services in accordance with their affiliation system will ensure the quality of the service and the defense of the user.
The user associations will be constituted with a plural number of users summoned to the constitution assembly by the respective institution in accordance with current legal regulations, the association will guarantee the permanent entry of the different users and the people who can participate in it are:
