A housing solution is understood as the set of operations that allows a household to have a room in satisfactory sanitary conditions of space, public services and quality of structure, or start the process to obtain them in the future. The social interest housing family subsidy may be applied to the following solutions or types of housing:
➣ Ser afiliado a Comfenalco Valle Delagente y tener conformado un grupo familiar hasta en tercer grado de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad y primero civil, o unipersonal.
➣ Que los ingresos del grupo familiar no superen los cuatro salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes (4 SMLMV).
➣ No ser propietario de vivienda en ninguna parte del territorio nacional, cuando se trate de subsidio para adquisición de vivienda nueva.
➣ Que ninguno de los miembros del grupo familiar haya adquirido una vivienda del instituto de crédito territorial o construido una solución habitacional con aplicación de créditos de tal entidad.
➣ No haber sido beneficiario de un subsidio familiar de vivienda del INURBE, CAJA AGRARIA, FOCAFE, FOREC, FONVIVIENDA o Caja de Compensación Familiar.

The new Housing that you acquire must be of Social Interest (VIS) located in the municipality of your residence.
URBAN Subsidy Value – si tu ingreso mensual está entre 0 y 2 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes (30 SMLMV) $52.527.150*.
URBAN Subsidy Value – si tu ingreso mensual es mayor a 2 y hasta 4 salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes (20 SMLMV) $35.018.100*.

You can use it for the qualification or installation of bathrooms, laundry rooms, kitchens, hydraulic, sanitary and electrical networks, roofs, floors, structural reinforcement and other conditions related to sanitation and improvement of the housing solution, in order to progressively achieve the conditions of habitability of the dwelling*.
The value of the subsidy will depend on whether your home is located in an urban or rural area, as follows:

Value of the subsidy in the urban sector: 18 SMLMV – $31.516.290*.
