If you are affiliated with the Comfenalco Valle Delagente Compensation Fund as a dependent worker, we invite you to affiliate and register your family group, if you have not done so, you can do so from our virtual Branch on the website test.comfenalcovalle.com.co.
Through this web platform it is fast, easy and safe, you just have to have access to the internet and a computer:
- Enter to test.comfenalcovalle.com.co
- Put your cursor on the button Virtual Branch at the top right.
- The menu is displayed, select Affiliation and subsidy and you click People.
- Then follow the registration and password steps. The registration email must be the same one that we already have in our database, if you do not have the updated email address you can do it at the time of registration.
Once you enter the Virtual Branch platform, you must go to the menu on the left margin and click on Affiliations and then in the option Addition. Here you can see your personal information first, second the data of the spouse, partner and/or beneficiaries if they are already affiliated within the family group, if not, the data must be related to add them to the affiliation, then you must upload the annexes of the Documentation required to validate according to the regulations, if it meets the conditions to carry out the affiliation of the beneficiaries.
Keep in mind:
- You must be an active member of our Compensation Fund as a dependent or independent worker, and if you are a dependent and are not affiliated, you must validate the affiliation status with your employer.
- You must have your email updated in our database, otherwise you can do it at the time of registration.
- You must have available the documents for the affiliation of your beneficiaries in accordance with current legal regulations (Download here the membership requirements for people), scanned and fully legible to attach them to the platform.
- Sworn statements and EPS certificates must not have an issue date greater than 30 calendar days.
