To guarantee your well-being and that of your companions, keep these entry and use policies in mind:

• Affiliates to Comfenalco Valle Delagente have subsidized rates according to their user category A or B.
• Category C affiliates have a promotional rate.
• Admission is free of charge for children under 12 years of age affiliated with the Comfenalco Valle Delagente Compensation Fund.
• Unaffiliated children, ages 2 and up, must pay their applicable entrance fee.
• Adults over 60 years of age affiliated with the Comfenalco Valle Delagente Compensation Fund, enter with a special rate, equivalent to category A regardless of their affiliation category.
• Use the appropriate swimsuit in recommended materials such as: elastane, lycra, neoprene or spandex.
• Children under twelve (12) years of age must enter with an adult, the safety of girls and boys is under the full responsibility of their parents and/or guardians.
• Biosafety protocols in force at the regional and national level must be complied with in accordance with current regulations.
• Do not enter drunk or under the influence of psychoactive substances.
• The entry of any type of weapon is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The consumption of tobacco and/or cigarettes in the facilities of the Recreational Centers of Comfenalco Valle is prohibited, according to article 19 of Law 1335 of 2009.
• Do not throw garbage, waste, chewing gum or cigarettes in our facilities, use the special containers for it.
• The parking service is free of charge for our users, as long as space is available.
• Take care of your personal belongings, Comfenalco Valle Delagente is not responsible for forgetting or losing them.
• It is your responsibility for any damage caused to the facilities of the sports venue that you use and/or to third parties.
• The Youth Card agreement is in force according to the National Plan.
• The Caja sin Fronteras agreement is in force according to the affiliate rate.
• The agreement with Comfandi is in force.
• The transportation schedule in Cali to Yanaconas is Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The return is at 4:00 p.m.

• Every child affiliated with Comfenalco Valle Delagente, under 12 years of age, is subsidized by the 100% of the entrances to the Recreational Centers.
• In the month of April, all children under 12 years of age affiliated with Comfenalco Valle Delagente, their 100% income to Recreational Centers is subsidized, with the exception of educational institutions that apply the agreement rate during the year.

• Older adults affiliated with Comfenalco Valle Delagente enter with a category A rate. The older adult is any person over 60 years of age according to Law 1251 of 2008.
