If you are a patient diagnosed with HIV, you will be contacted by telephone one day before the appointment is assigned by the IPS SIAM in order to validate which type of consultation you prefer: face-to-face or teleconsultation, and later they will carry out the alarm system survey of the COVID-19.
In case of presenting any symptoms of COVID-19, they will schedule an assessment by teleconsultation and will give recommendations for your health and that of your family.
If your consultation is in person and you do not present any respiratory symptoms, you should take into account the following recommendations:
