A health professional from the care IPS to which you belong will give you a teleconsultation if you already had an appointment scheduled. The formula and medical history of the consultation will be sent to your email and if you do not have it, a relative, not older than 60 years, must go in person to claim your medical formula at the Cafam dispensing points.

If you have had a kidney, heart or liver transplant, the Imbanaco Medical Center Transplant Unit will carry out comprehensive monitoring through teleconsultation with the medical team.
