What is Mobility

The mobility, is a mechanism that allows affiliates to continue enrolled in the same EPS, once their contractual relationship ends and it applies to the contributor and their entire family group.

What requirements must be met to apply for Mobility in Comfenalco Valle EPS?

How can I request the SISBEN survey Application?
