Customer Service Channels

Through this mailbox, you can request procedures related to: EPS transfers, mobility to the Subsidized Regime, portfolio due to lack of contributions, return of contributions, portability, compensation, consult load and news to the BDUA, certification of affiliation, affiliation and withdrawals of independents, traceability of the response to communications.

Additionally, through the following channels, you can leave us your comments, which are essential to continuously improve our services.

The ethics hotline has been created for businessmen, suppliers, customers, and in general, to anonymously report those unethical behaviors that go against our ethical culture and good governance of the Corporation. Click on the icon

Through the Customer Service telephone line (602) 4853530 you can file any request. Attention hours from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

You can file any of the requirements at our User Service Points. Check the addresses and hours in the service network. Click on the icon.

Fill out the form at the bottom of this section, and you can file requests, comments, suggestions, congratulations, complaints or claims. It is available 24 hours a day.

If you consider that any of the EPS Delagente services have not been provided correctly, leave us your Petitions, Complaints, Claims or Suggestions in the following form. Also, if you do not get a response from the entity, remember that you can file a PQR with the National Health Superintendency. Additionally, if it is a user of the subsidized regime, you can submit the request to the corresponding Departmental, District or Local Health Directorate.
