Regulations for the suspension or disaffiliation of members of the Compensation Fund

This regulation is applicable to all employers, independent workers and pensioners affiliated with the CAJA DE COMPENSACIÓN FAMILIAR DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA COMFENALCO VALLE DELAGENTE, and to other persons who by virtue of the law are obliged or empowered to join, who by action or omission, as the case may be, incur in any of the grounds for suspension, disaffiliation or expulsion listed by the Law, its regulatory decrees and those qualified as such in these regulations.
