➤ The purchase of transport tickets to Yanaconas is made at the Integral Services Center, CIS, Comfenalco Valle Delagente Cali, calle 5 # 6-63, Torre C, only on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, during the week there are no This service is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
➤ The transportation service for guests to the Yanaconas Hotel and Recreation Center in Cali is offered on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in two departures: 9:00 am and 11:00 am, departing from Mercurio Square on 6th Street with Carrera 9 next to the headquarters of Comfenalco Valle Delagente. Return transportation is at 4:00 pm on Sundays or holidays.
➤ The transportation service to Yanaconas is not provided from Monday to Friday, users with accommodation reservations on weekdays must arrive by private transportation.
➤ When the reservation includes food, it refers to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals start with dinner on the day of arrival and end with lunch on the day of departure (Applies to Yanaconas and Villasol hotels).
➤ When the reservation is a room only plan with breakfast, the service starts the next day until the last day of departure.
➤ All guests must pay the hotel tax (child or adult) only for the first night (Yanaconas and Villasol apply), and for the Hotel Comfamar daily travel assistance is paid per night of accommodation.
➤ The quote time for reservations is eight (8) business days and they are subject to seasons.
➤ The maximum time to make the payment of the pre-reservation is 24 business hours, after requesting it.
➤ The owner and companions who register in the hotel reservation are the people authorized to stay at the hotel.
➤ All people must present their identity document, minors must present a civil birth certificate.
➤ Minors who are not staying with their parents must present a letter signed by them, authorizing their stay in the facilities, must attach a photocopy of the parents' ID.
➤ The entry of pets to the hotel facilities is prohibited, except in cases where it is required due to a special health condition.
➤ Any cancellation and/or rescheduling must be reported at least 3 business days before the reservation date.
➤ If you need to postpone your reservation, you must inform the reason for the postponement 3 business days in advance of the start of the reservation, through the e-mail recepciondocumentos@comfenalcovalle.com.co or on the telephone line (602) 886 2727, the schedule Service is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This reserve may be used again within 60 days from the original date; Otherwise, you will lose your reservation and money paid in advance will not be returned in accordance with article 65 of Law 300 of 1996.

You must send these documents to the email recepciondocumentos@comfenalcovalle.com.co If you want the refund to be credited to your account, you must attach a bank certification with the account number whose owner must be the same as the one requesting the refund of the money.
➤ If the user does not inform and does not show up at the hotel on the day of his reservation, he will not have the right to request a refund of the money paid in advance and/or change of date.
Climatized pool
The recreational center has a heated pool during service hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Wednesday to Sunday and holidays). Staying at the hotel (Monday to Sunday and holidays): 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (There is a 30-minute break for cleaning and disinfection).

Transportation to Yanaconas
During the promotional season, transportation for category A and B affiliates is free of charge. This service is provided on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays with departure at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
