Domestic worker employer affiliation
Requirements:
These are the requirements that every person with domestic service workers under their care must meet (Decree 0721 of 2013):
- Employer affiliation form, duly filled out physically, electronically or digitally.
- Copy of the citizenship card of the employer and/or legal representative.
- List of workers (indicating the ID number, name and salary).
- Certificate of peace and save, in the case of previous affiliation to another compensation fund in Valle del Cauca.
