Launch of the “Canasta de paz” peasant market, products of peasants, women and reincorporated workers in Cafam-Melgar and Comfenalco-Valle Delagente in Cañasgordas.
On Sunday, November 13, the “Basket of peace” peasant markets will be launched in the recreational centers of Cafam – Melgar and in the Club Cañasgordas Recreational and Sports Center of Comfenalco Valle Delagente. The Peace Basket will be carried out by peasant and community organizations close to the recreational headquarters of the compensation funds, mainly peasants, women and reincorporated.
La Canasta de Paz is a joint effort between the compensation funds and the organizations of peasants, women and ex-combatants for the commercialization of products from the region in the recreational venues with the greatest influx of visitors, allowing producers to sell at fair prices.
The wide catalog of products to be offered by social and community organizations not only represent an opportunity for fair trade, but also to take a very important step in complying with the peace agreement and reducing the social gaps that afflict the people. Colombian.
