Customer Service Channels
Through this mailbox, you can request procedures related to: EPS transfers, mobility to the Subsidized Regime, portfolio due to lack of contributions, return of contributions, portability, compensation, consult load and news to the BDUA, certification of affiliation, affiliation and withdrawals of independents, traceability of the response to communications.
The ethics hotline has been created for businessmen, suppliers, customers, and in general, to anonymously report those unethical behaviors that go against our ethical culture and good governance of the Corporation. Click on the icon
Through the Customer Service telephone line (602) 4853530 you can file any request. Attention hours from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
