178 j\u00f3venes egresados de su servicio militar ya tienen empleo gracias a la alianza Comfenalco Valle Delagente y las Fuerzas Militares de Colombia<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Hasta el momento, la Agencia de Empleo de Comfenalco Valle Delagente lleva un total de 721 j\u00f3venes favorecidos con esta estrategia que busca apoyarlos en la b\u00fasqueda y consecuci\u00f3n de su primer empleo.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Gracias a la alianza establecida entre Comfenalco Valle Delagente y las Fuerzas Militares de Colombia, 721 j\u00f3venes bachilleres reci\u00e9n egresados del servicio militar han sido impactados positivamente para facilitar su reinserci\u00f3n al mercado laboral; de ellos 178 ya han sido contratados por diferentes empresas vallecaucanas.<\/p>\n

    654 j\u00f3venes han participado en todo el proceso de empleabilidad liderado por la agencia de Empleo de Comfenalco Valle Delagente. De este total, 392 j\u00f3venes, se declararon disponibles para emplearse y 275 interesados se han remitido para diferentes vacantes de empleo.<\/p>\n

    Del total de la poblaci\u00f3n atendida, 71 fueron mujeres y 651 hombres de las diferentes organizaciones militares: 115 j\u00f3venes de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, 84 de la Fuerza A\u00e9rea y 521 del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional.<\/p>\n

    Esta alianza, que inici\u00f3 desde el mes de mayo del 2022, es una iniciativa encaminada a la generaci\u00f3n de empleo para j\u00f3venes egresados del servicio militar provenientes de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Ejercito Nacional y Fuerza A\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n

    Con esto se busca mitigar los efectos del desempleo que podr\u00edan enfrentar los soldados bachilleres reci\u00e9n egresados de prestar el servicio militar, reducir las brechas y facilitar la reinserci\u00f3n de esta poblaci\u00f3n cesante en el mercado laboral para su primer empleo en condiciones de dignidad, mejoramiento de la calidad de vida, permanencia y formalizaci\u00f3n laboral (Ley 1636 del 2013).<\/p>\n

    Durante la vigencia de esta alianza se han generado oportunidades de empleo para los j\u00f3venes, en ofertas sin experiencia laboral y programas del Gobierno Nacional. Dentro de los sectoresproductivos participantes de la alianza se encuentran: industrial, seguridad, log\u00edstica y BPO.<\/p>\n

    Las empresas vallecaucanas que han abierto sus puertas a estos j\u00f3venes son: Seguridad Fortox, Seguridad Omega, Seguridad Atlas, Seguridad Eurovic, Seguridad N\u00e1poles, Listos, Servientrega, Dar Ayuda, Copidrogas, \u00a0Gi Group, Transprensa y Global Marketing.<\/p>\n
