\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIf you are a member of Comfenalco Valle EPS delagente and you were diagnosed with a Cardiovascular Risk disease such as hypertension, diabetes and obesity, we inform you of your care route during the COVID-19 contingency. A health professional from the care IPS to which you belong will give you a teleconsultation if you already had an appointment scheduled. The formula and medical history of the consultation will be sent to your email and if you do not have it, a relative, not older than 60 years, must go in person to claim your medical formula at the Cafam dispensing points.
