normatividad colombiana establece que la cuota mensual del Subsidio Familiar en Dinero <strong>prescribe a los 3 a\u00f1os<\/strong> de haber sido dispuesta en el medio de pago, es decir que se extingue, se anula o se pierde el derecho. Se cumple el t\u00e9rmino de tiempo fijado por ley.<\/p><p>El valor que prescribe es el subsidio mensual consignado tres a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s. No se extingue el total acumulado.<\/p><p><strong><em>El Subsidio Familiar en Dinero prescribe a los tres (3) a\u00f1os.
