These are the requirements that every person with domestic service workers under their care must meet (Decree 0721 of 2013):<\/p>

  1. Employer affiliation form, duly filled out physically, electronically or digitally.<\/li>
  2. Copy of the citizenship card of the employer and\/or legal representative.<\/li>
  3. List of workers (indicating the ID number, name and salary).<\/li>
  4. Certificate of peace and save, in the case of previous affiliation to another compensation fund in Valle del Cauca.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
