Compensaci\u00f3n nacieron en 1957, por una exigencia legal que buscaba compensar el esfuerzo de los trabajadores colombianos, en un acuerdo entre sindicatos y empleadores en Antioquia, a trav\u00e9s de los Decretos Legislativos 118 y 249 a finales de 1957.\u00a0 El Gobierno Nacional formaliz\u00f3 el Sistema del Subsidio en posteriores Leyes 58 de 1963, 56 de 1973 y 21 de
